Gordano Lodge is thriving, with over 70
members residing in and around Portishead, and we are proud to live up to our
slogan which is, "There is always a warm Gordano Welcome for all our
Visitors".
The Lodge of Instruction meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month September until
May, at the Masonic Hall, and is open to any mason wishing to extend his
researches.
In addition to its usual work and charity
commitment, the Lodge has an extensive family orientated social programme, open
to Masonic and non-Masonic guests and includes Ladies Night, Inter-Lodge
Challenge Skittles with our mother Lodge, Christmas Dinner with Readings and
Carols, an Avon Summer Cruise, and Sunday Family Lunches. Our ever-popular
Festive Board at January's Meeting is devoted to a special Burns Night and early
booking is advised.
